Coaching in the work area

As a managing director or employee you would like to expand your own functional ways of acting and your personal social skills.

In coaching, you will reflect on your current topics and plans for procedures with the aim of implementing efficient strategies and processes in your work. In coaching you discover personal patterns, new and also old acquaintances.

You will be accompanied in developing structures, solution variants and processes towards a holistically functioning system. A system in which you are successful, taking into account the economic and human factors.

What can I concretely achieve through coaching?

As leader you want to lead and promote your employees in such a way that they take responsibility for their own area, make independent decisions within the scope of their competences and use their creativity and energy in the interest of the organisation. This creates freedom for yourself, allowing you to concentrate on your own area. You receive the necessary information from your employee and he/she will contact you if he/she feels that his/her planning is at risk.

As employee you are concerned with safe planning, decisions and procedures in your areas of responsibility and work steps. You want to be able to clarify your responsibilities and interfaces, use structures in a more experienced way and cooperate with the people in your work environment in a personal, open and results-oriented manner.
